This picture gives such an impression on me from the cropping and its simplicity, how the minimalism of its portrayal looks unimpressive at first, but, eventually, like the increasing tinkling of bells on a resurgent breeze, the feeling it evokes resonates within you, up and up until there’s a different pulsing in your chest, faint but alive, yearning. AND THOSE HANDS. Why can’t I draw hands like those.
