Still on the topic of Kain/Lightning. While I find the two to be full of tension and what-not, I find myself shipping Kain and Tifa more. Tifa’s story mode is so sweet and fairy-tale-ish, and it’s even Ultimecia who’s the main enemy there. Evil witch, much? Knight in shining armour? The fairy-tale references are everywhere.

Just started playing Dissidia Duodecim! The first thing that caught my attention was: holy shit, dude, the tension between Lightning and Kain is palpable I can’t even breathe. I may ship them.
